*For Express delivery: Any orders placed before 11am on that working day, delivery will be scheduled the next working day(warehouse closed on Public Holidays and Weekends).
NOTE: To avoid loss of items or unnecessary delays, please ensure the delivery address you have provided is accurate. Once package has been shipped, they cannot be re-called or re-directed. Undelivered items will be returned to us. We will not be responsible for lost packages shipped without tracking. Re-shipping incurs a $15.00 SGD fee for postage and handling.

Q: WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We use Speedpost by Singapore Post for International Shipping. Delivery rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and will be shown automatically on the checkout page.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our warehouse address which we will email you.
When San Merinos has received and accepted your yarn, we will send you an email notice of your store credit. Please use it online (Please note that the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with exchanging yarn.)
Once you have made your return to us, you can expect a confirmation of your return within 14 business days from when we receive your return.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Fabric, books, patterns, accessories, needles, and other tools may not be returned for credit but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse all shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return and email us at email@example.com for us to follow up with you.
